Keeping it healthy

It is becoming increasingly clear to me that a healthy diet of ‘living food’, ie. food which is less processed and which remains close to its source of freshness, together with a balanced diet, is one of the best options for maintaining good health and optimum nutrition.

Understanding, too, the need for healthy gut flora is one of my strong interests.

Apart from my chief interest in homeopathy and in natural remedies, my own preferences for an increased wellbeing include a love of walking, dancing, music, gentle time spent with animals & watching birds, plants and the natural world, and time spent with friends and loved ones. For me, good health also means spiritual and mental balance.

The academic challenge of study in Homeopathy assures me of keeping an enjoyable and life-long central interest in this fascinating world of safe and effective natural health substances.
